I am passionate about sharing my love of yoga. Being a busy Mum of three and business owner, I have found that yoga has provided an excellent outlet for finding balance in an increasing hectic world. In 2014 I completed Ashram Yoga’s 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training. I teach in a holistic way which encompasses the deeper, more subtle aspects of yoga.. While emphasising the physical body, I also specifically work with the breath, the life-energy and the mind. This helps bring about a balanced state of wellbeing, vitality and a deeper connection with our true inner-selves.


This year I continued my yoga learning journey and completed Yin Yoga Therapy’s Level 1 and Level 2 Teacher Training (100 hours). Yin Yoga is a meditative practice consisting of long held stretches, focusing on the deeper tissues of our body – the fascia (connective tissue) - strengthening, stretching and stimulating to encourage more flexibility and freedom of movement while simultaneously releasing deep tension of the body and relaxing the nervous system.

Sarah Goldsmith

Evolve Fitness owner Sarah Goldsmith has over 18 years experience in the fitness industry, both in New Zealand and overseas. As a mum of three and champion bodybuilder she specialises in rehabilitation, nutrition, exercise in pregnancy, weight loss and toning and group fitness. Sarah has also worked with a number of sports teams and individuals in pre-season training. As the creator of the Evolve six-week body transformation programme and HIIT Personal Training, Sarah combines her extensive knowledge and fitness philosophy, of treating everyone as an athlete, to become fitter, faster, stronger and better. You must fuel your body effectively and always train to your full potential.

Tracey Mclean

Tracey McLean is a qualified Nutritional Consultant and Personal Trainer. Tracey spent 3 years at Waikato University, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Biological Science. The following year she obtained a Certificate in Diet and Nutrition. In 2011 Tracey decided to further pursue her interest in sports and training and obtained a Certificate in Personal Training through the New Zealand Institute of Health and Fitness.

Tracey has always been interested in sport, fitness and health. As a result of her interest in sport, and sporting challenges, she achieved her Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do and went on to win several Gold medals at National competitions. Tracey was the New Zealand Champion from 1999 to 2003. Whilst preparing for these competitions she discovered good nutrition was every bit as important as physical training. She spent countless hours researching and trialling different approaches to healthy eating and leading a healthy lifestyle, which enabled her to develop a unique program called the NR.GI.SE 3 keys plan.

Tracey’s main goal is to educate people on how to lead a healthy lifestyle through good nutrition and exercise. There are real ways to achieve your goals, and get the results you want.

Chris is a gym enthusiast who has been on the scene from a young age, he spends a lot of his time training for rugby and working on his physique.
